All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. If any problems arise in processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

Tracking Your Order

Shokay will send you a confirmation of your order via email. Please check your order confirmation carefully, and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies. Your confirmation advice is your receipt of purchase. Please note in the interest of the environment, Shokay does not issue a paper receipt unless specifically requested to do so. Please consider the environment before printing the receipt. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate. No responsibility will be taken for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with one or more tracking numbers. The tracking number can be used to check the status of your order.

Canceling an Order

If the item has not been shipped, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering by emailing to shop@shokay.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

Return Policy

We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 30 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Shokay will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.Products sold while on sale are non returnable. Taxes and Duties

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Because we are shipping to you internationally, we cannot predict whether customs will charge you taxes and duties.
